React JS – most popular JavaScript library

I started learning programming about a year ago. I think I know the basics of JavaScript, so I thought about learning React JS, the most popular front-end JavaScript library (at least in my country). As I was happy with previous courses on Udemy, I started searching on that site, and I came across React – The Complete Guide (incl Hooks, React Router, Redux) by Maximilian Schwarzmüller. As I write this, I have just finished the first chapter and made a simple Expenses Tracker using this technology. I cannot wait to learn new things and implement them in my projects

If you want to learn React, I can recommend for everyone to try this course – you won’t regret it.

SplideJS – easy to make carousel/slider

As I’m making my own portfolio, I wanted to make a nice carousel, to show of my projects. Came across SplideJS. Splide is a lightweight, flexible and accessible slider/carousel written in TypeScript. No dependencies, no Lighthouse errors. It turned out it was perfect for the job. Its easy to install, have many different types of sliders/corusels and You can style them as You want. Recommend everyone to try it out https://www.splidejs.com/

Bootstrap 5 – first steps

So i thought about trying out Bootstrap 5 – CSS most popular framework. I’ts realy easy to use, creating websites is a lot faster and intuitive. At first, i was in love with it. Unfortunately, it also have some drawbacks. Most important is that every site look kind of the same. You are using same moduls in each project, and u have to modify them to be usable. My point is that sometimes its faster to use vanilla CSS ( or SASS ) in more complex projects then modifying them all the time.

Maybe i dont have enough experience, but thats another subject.

Bright Future

My programming skills are constantly getting better. Every day trying new things and making projects. In recent days i mostly focus on JavaScript. I’m thinking about a new course – React.JS or Angular. I’ts not always easy, but i know i need to work hard, resolve problems and think positivly, if i want to succeed. My motivation is high, and i hope it will stay with me forever – special thanks to my girlfiend, who is supporting me in my dream to become front-end developer.

My first Blog Post

Hello everyone.
I just wanted to share my experience as i just started to learning code.
I wish to become Front-End developer some day. Exactly 1 month ago i started my first online course ( Responsive Web Design from freecodecamp.org) and today i managed to complete it. It was an amazing experience for me. I learned so many new things and i want to know more. I’ts still a long road for me, but i can’t wait to jump on my coding bike and get on going. Wish me luck !
